When the temperature drops below 0°C, freezing fluids can cause serious damage to plumbing.
Water stored in a ¾” thick pipe (DN20) will freeze within 12 hours when the external temperature is -10°C, even with 20mm of insulation.
It is therefore absolutely necessary to keep the pipe temperature above 0°C and we offer several solutions using heating cables for a range of applications, be it individual household pipes or large industrial piping installations.
We also provide heating systems which combat the same problem in tanks, hoppers and cold storage.
